This is a practical webinar to improve written communication skills. How we express ourselves in writing, sometimes more than the content we convey, is always subject to judgement and criticism.
Through presentations and writing exercises, this webinar teaches and analyses the basics of written business English. We look at organising, formatting and writing effective letters, emails and memos; tips for avoiding common grammar and punctuation errors; time-saving and impactful email strategies; style and form.
The focus of the webinar is to give you the tools to improve and refine your writing skills in English.
Approach
Learning takes place through the introduction of essential elements for effective and impactful communication. Participants will be involved in writing activities, producing quick effective documents and notions for dealing with critical situations. In addition to the group webinar, individual participants will receive individual feedback on written assignments and performance.

We have prepared an accurate assessment test in Italian, English, French, Spanish and German. It takes the form of an online test and an oral interview.
The results are given in numbers based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and international language standards.
Once you have taken the test, we will send you an email with the result and make arrangements for the oral test, which consists of a 15-minute interview in the language.
A personal language needs analysis is also performed at this stage to find out your individual target in order to customise the course content.
